MiDA led several partnership programs with U.S. and African asset owner industry groups to facilitate knowledge sharing and co-investments between pension funds, insurance companies, and foundations.

Our partnership with the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP) and the U.S. government investment initiatives originates from the USAID-NASP Investment Partnership, founded during the 2nd US-Africa Leaders’ Summit in 2016 under a cooperative agreement.

In support of the U.S. government investment initiatives, NASP and MiDA co-managed the Africa Institutional Investors Advisory Council, composed of Trustees, Executive Directors, and Chief Investment Officers from some of the largest U.S. pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, and foundations, and their investment consultants.
