Aymeric Saha Managing Partner & CEO
Mr. Aymeric Saha is the CEO and Managing Partner of MiDA Advisors. He has led the mobilization of over $2 billion in investments across Africa and other emerging markets over the past five years. He previously spent fourteen years at the World Bank, where he led the quantitative risk finance function responsible for overseeing market and credit risks for $200 billion in banking operations across more than 100 countries, as well as an investment portfolio of over $100 billion in developed and emerging markets. In 2013, Mr. Saha was appointed Financial Policy Director in the United States Congress for the House Subcommittee on Financial Institutions, where he oversaw the implementation of banking and capital markets reforms following the 2008 financial crisis. He also directed initiatives to strengthen U.S.–Africa trade and investment, particularly within the Power Africa initiative. Mr. Saha holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Management and e-Commerce from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, as well as a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and a certificate in Management Systems from McGill University. He is fluent in French.
