Debra Erb Independent Advisor
Debra Erb is the founder of DLE Advisors, LLC, advising housing enterprises in emerging markets, and serves as Director of the Chrysalis Housing Impact Accelerator at the Affordable Housing Institute, with recent clients including MIDA Advisors and Habitat for Humanity/Tanzania Mortgage Refinance Corporation. She spent 21 years at OPIC/DFC, most recently as Managing Director, Social Infrastructure, where she launched the housing finance initiative and led $2.5bn+ across 50+ transactions in 31 countries. With nearly three decades in international housing and mortgage finance, she has held senior roles at the Mortgage Bankers Association, led multiple nonprofit and consulting organizations, and currently serves on the Advisory Council of Shelter Afrique Development Bank.
