Mercer is the largest global pension consultant and outsourced CIO with $15 trillion of assets under advisement and $300 billion in assets under management. Since 2018, MiDA and Mercer have joined forces through collaborative projects to investigate the barriers (perceived and real) to opportunities for increasing institutional investors’ allocations to Sub-Saharan African infrastructure.
